Day 1

Step into Africa - Arusha the Safari Gateway of Northern Tanzania

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transfer 40–45 minutes to Mount Meru Game Lodge, a restored farmhouse at the foothills of Mount Meru.

Day 2

Tanzania’s “Elephants Paradise” – Tarangire National Park, Then to Karatu

Drive (~3 hrs) to Tarangire National Park for a game drive among its iconic baobabs and Tanzania's largest elephant population, then continue to the colorful town of Karatu for the evening.

Day 3

Africa’s Lost Eden - Ngorongoro Crater, Then Ndutu in Southern Serengeti

A 40-minute drive to Ngorongoro and a stunning 1 hour drive to the crater floor followed by a 3–4 hour game drive — Ngorongoro is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has Africa's highest density of predators, with a chance of spotting black rhinos — followed by a picnic lunch and the scenic drive on to Ndutu.

Day 4

Full Day of Wildlife Sighting in Ndutu

A relaxed pace with morning and afternoon game drives across Ndutu's plains and shoreline — prime territory for lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and leopards — with optional swimming, cultural visits, or scenic walks.

Day 5

From Ndutu to the Heart of the Serengeti

A 4–5 hour game drive north through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area into Central Serengeti with a picnic lunch and game drive en route, arriving to settle into your tented camp for dinner under the stars.

Day 6

Exploring Central Serengeti and Rhino Tracking with Rangers

An exclusive Black Rhino Tracking excursion in the Moru Kopjes, followed by a full day across the golden plains in search of lions, cheetahs, and elephants — including a stop at "Pride Rock," the Lion King's famous setting.

Day 7

Fly to Arusha – Transfer to JRO

A short flight from Seronera Airstrip to Arusha, then lunch and browsing for arts and crafts at the Cultural Heritage Centre before the drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your onward flight. You may decide to spend an optional night in Arusha before flying home.

What to expect

Expect incredible wildlife sightings — elephants, cheetah, lions, leopards, wildebeest, and zebra — with high predator activity and rich behavioral moments (maternal care, herd protection, hunts).
Photography conditions are excellent: lush green landscapes, dramatic skies, and brilliant sunrises/sunsets.
Days are warm (around 30°C), with mornings and evenings cooler (17–19°C, coldest in Ngorongoro), and occasional short rains.
Early mornings and long drives are part of the rhythm — dawn and dusk offer the best game viewing.
Dust is a fact of safari life, so bring a face mask and camera protection.
